Self-identified Latines/Latinx Diaspora, I'm writing two stories due for a very reputable publication and need some expert or first-person sources (anonymous, pseudonym, or otherwise) to talk about two topics w/ non-Latine audiences:
1 - What is Chancla Culture? How is it defined, and how should/can it be changed for today’s kids? What about it is best preserved?
2 - What should non-Latines do/bring when they're invited to a Quinceañera? What's customary to wear, bring, gift, etc.?
